Gebel Kamil - Meteorite iron - Description language - Spanish

Meteorites with the official name Gebel Kamil were found by an Italian-Egyptian geophysical expedition in February 2009 and 2010. In the first phase, shrapnel ranging from 1 g to 35 kg was found.

The total amount found is estimated at more than 1600 kg.

This is an iron meteorite.
