Meteorite NWA 14056 was found in 2020 in the northern part of Mali in Northwest Africa (hence the abbreviation NWA - Northwest Africa). It was purchased by a consortium of meteorite collectors in 2021.

The stones show macroscopically visible brecciation with millimetre-sized fragments of angular and rounded shape in a fine-grained yellowish groundmass. Some stones show remnants of fused crust. They are orange to green in colour and heterogeneous in texture with abundant pyroxenes, some of which show refraction of light from their surface.
